Gejala nomophobia ditandai dengan keasyikan menggunakan smartphone, kurang berinteraksi sosial, kurang mampu mengelola waktu, cemas berlebihan ketika jauh dari gadget, dan kurang selektif dalam pemanfaatan gadget. Kondisi nomophobia pada remaja siswa SMP perlu diminimalisir. Bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah berkepentingan untuk mengantisipasi dan mengatasi nomophobia. Salah satu teknik yang dapat digunakan adalah bimbingan kelompok teknik roleplay.Downloads
