PELATIHAN GROWTH MINDSET PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan growth mindset untuk peningkatan kinerja guru di sekolah dasar. Metode pengabdian berupa pelatihan yang diikuti 12 orang guru SDN Kiara II kabupaten Karawang. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan survey berbantuan angket berskala Likert. Hasilnya menunjukkan pelatihan growth mindset untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru mendapat respon positif, sangat memuaskan dan berdampak positif terhadap growth mindset untuk kinerja yang lebih baik. Pengelolaan pelatihan yang efektif membantu guru mengembangkan growth mindset untuk kinerja yang jauh lebih baik. Pengelolaan pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui 7 tahapan yaitu: 1) tahap analisis masalah; 2) tahap analisis pemecahan masalah; 3) menetapkan solusi; 4) perencanaan; 5) pelaksanaan; 6) evaluasi; dan 7) tindak lanjut. Sebagai bentuk tindak lanjut dari pelatihan ini adalah membentuk forum atau komunitas pembelajar. Pihak mitra mengharapkan keberlanjutan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk program pelatihan yang mengarah pada skill kompetensi seperti pelatihan keterampilan instruksional dan penyusunan modul bahan ajar.References
