PENGEMBANGAN DAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI MOBILE DALAM PEMANTAUAN PERTUMBUHAN ANAK BALITA : TINJAUAN ARTIKEL NARRATIF

Peningkatan minat pada masalah gizi anak secara global, terhalang system surveilans berbasis kertas, sehingga perlu dikembangkan pemantauan pertumbuhan balita secara digital melalui program Mobile Health (mHealth). Metode review menggunakan sumber dari database ProQuest. Dari 17 studi yang diidentifikasi dalam tahap pencarian, 8 studi memenuhi syarat untuk dimasukkan dalam review ini. Studi yang disertakan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi seluluer pada pemantauan pertumbuhan dapat memperkuat system pengawasan status gizi anak. Data hasil pengukuran tercatat pada database yang dapat diakses oleh petugas kesehatan dan para CHW sehingga mempermudah pengambilan keputusan dalam hal melakukan konseling kepada orang tua. Aplikasi pencatatan tumbuh kembang anak dapat menyertakan fitur berupa rekomendasi bahan makanan, resep, serta kesesuaian bahan makanan dengan usia awal tumbuh kembang bayi dan jenis alergi bayi. Selain itu, memberikan informasi tentang gizi, standar tumbuh kembang bayi, dan pertolongan pertama. Fitur lainnya berupa riwayat imunisasi, pemberian vitamin A, serta dapat fitur pengaduan, sehingga orang tua dapat berkonsultasi langsung kepada petugas kesehatan mengenai masalah tumbuh kembang anak. Aplikasi perekaman digital mHealth dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam merencanakan kegiatan secara bertahap hingga tingkat nasional. Dalam perkembangannya dapat ditambahkan fitur yang memudahkan koordinasi lintas sektor sehingga permasalahan tumbuh kembang anak seperti stunting dapat lebih cepat dikomunikasikan oleh pengambil keputusan.References
