LITERATUR REVIEW : STRATEGI MANAJEMEN SDM DALAM MENGATASI BORNOUT DAN MENJAGA KESEHATAN MENTAL TENAGA KESEHATAN

Burnout pada tenaga kesehatan merupakan salah satu permasalahan penting dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat memengaruhi kesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan serta kualitas pelayanan kepada pasien. Tingginya beban kerja, tekanan psikologis, serta tuntutan pelayanan kesehatan yang kompleks menjadikan tenaga kesehatan sebagai kelompok profesi yang rentan mengalami burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis berbagai publikasi ilmiah terkait strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengatasi burnout dan menjaga kesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Proses pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui beberapa database ilmiah seperti Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang berkaitan dengan burnout tenaga kesehatan, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan kesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan. Berdasarkan proses seleksi sesuai kriteria inklusi, diperoleh 15 artikel penelitian yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2020–2026 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia memiliki peran penting dalam mengurangi tingkat burnout pada tenaga kesehatan melalui pengelolaan beban kerja yang seimbang, dukungan organisasi, kepemimpinan yang efektif, serta penyediaan dukungan kesehatan mental di lingkungan kerja. Selain itu, dukungan institusi dan kebijakan organisasi yang mendukung kesejahteraan tenaga kesehatan juga berkontribusi dalam menjaga kesehatan mental tenaga kesehatan. Kesimpulan dari literature review ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, meningkatkan kesejahteraan tenaga kesehatan, serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.References
