GANGGUAN PSIKOTIK AKUT POLIMORFIK PADA PEKERJA LAKI-LAKI USIA PRODUKTIF

Kesehatan mental di lingkungan kerja merupakan salah satu aspek krusial untuk seseorang dalam menjaga performa serta produktivitas dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Lingkungan kerja yang tidak sehat, beban kerja yang berlebih, dan kurang baiknya hubungan antar pekerja merupakan beberapa faktor yang menjadi sumber stres bagi para pekerja. Berdasarkan laporan State of the Global Workplace, Indonesia termasuk negara dengan tingkat stres pekerja yang relatif tinggi. Stres kerja yang terjadi secara terus menerus tidak hanya menurunkan produktivitas pekerja, tetapi juga meningkatkan risiko terjadinya gangguan kesehatan mental seperti kecemasan, depresi, hingga munculnya gangguan psikotik akut. Penelitian ini merupakan laporan kasus pada seorang pasien laki-laki usia produktif dengan keluhan mengamuk dan berbicara sendiri satu hari sebelum masuk rumah sakit. Pasien tampak berdebat dengan atasannya dan sempat menghancurkan beberapa barang. Keluhan ini timbul akibat stres kerja yang ia rasakan. Pasien terdiagnosa gangguan psikotik akut polimorfik dengan gejala skizofrenia. Gangguan psikotik akut adalah gangguan yang ditandai dengan setidaknya salah satu gejala seperti waham, halusinasi, pembicaraan kacau, perilaku yang tidak terarah yang terjadi secara mendadak dengan durasi kurang dari satu bulan. Pemberian antipsikotik generasi ke-dua seperti olanzapin atau risperidon dapat diberikan kepada pasien dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi gejala psikotik serta intervensi psikososial untuk membantu mengembalika fungsi normal pasien serta ketahanan mental di lingkungan kerja.References
