PREVALENSI DAN PROFIL KOMORBIDITAS PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELLITUS PROGRAM RUJUK BALIK KLINIK PRATAMA MAKMUR JAYA, TANGERANG SELATAN TAHUN 2025

Diabetes mellitus (DM) merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan global dengan prevalensi kasus yang terus meningkat setiap tahun. Di Indonesia, DM merupakan salah satu penyakit kronis dengan prevalensi tinggi yang banyak ditemukan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama (FKTP). Namun demikian, data mengenai prevalensi dan pola komorbiditas pada pasien DM di FKTP masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung prevalensi dan profil komorbiditas pada pasien DM peserta program pasien rujuk balik (PRB) di Klinik Pratama Makmur Jaya, Tangerang Selatan, tahun 2025. Penelitian deskriptif desain retrospektif dilakukan berdasarkan data rekam medis pasien PRB-DM. Terdapat 104 pasien DM (n=104) di Klinik Pratama Makmur Jaya yang sebagian besar berada pada kelompok usia >60 tahun (n=72; 69,2%), diikuti oleh kelompok usia 45–59 tahun (n=26; 25,0%) dan <45 tahun (n=6; 5,8%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, pasien lebih banyak perempuan (n=57; 52,9%) dibandingkan dengan laki-laki (n=47; 47,1%). Komorbiditas yang paling sering ditemukan adalah hipertensi (n=28; 26,9%), diikuti penyakit jantung (n=25; 24,0%) dan stroke (n=13; 12,5%), sedangkan komorbiditas respirasi seperti penyakit paru obstruktif kronik/PPOK (n=5; 4,8%) dan asma (n=1; 1,0%) ditemukan dalam proporsi yang lebih kecil. Secara keseluruhan, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa komorbiditas kardiovaskular merupakan komorbiditas yang paling dominan pada pasien DM dalam penelitian ini.References
