LITERATUR REVIEW : PENGARUH ASUPAN NUTRISI PADA 1000 HARI PERTAMA KEHIDUPAN TERHADAP RISIKO STUNTING

Stunting merupakan masalah gizi kronis yang masih menjadi tantangan global, terutama di negara berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah. Periode 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK), sejak konsepsi hingga usia dua tahun, merupakan fase kritis yang menentukan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis hasil penelitian tahun 2020–2025 mengenai pengaruh asupan nutrisi pada periode 1000 HPK terhadap risiko stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan PRISMA dengan penelusuran artikel melalui database PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar menggunakan kata kunci terkait stunting, gizi ibu hamil, suplementasi mikronutrien, ASI eksklusif, MP-ASI, dan keragaman pangan. Sebanyak 15 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa status gizi ibu sebelum dan selama kehamilan, suplementasi multi mikronutrien, kecukupan protein dan zat besi, pemberian ASI eksklusif, kualitas serta keragaman MP-ASI, dan konsumsi pangan sumber hewani berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan linear anak. Bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah, tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif, serta anak dengan pola konsumsi rendah protein hewani memiliki risiko stunting lebih tinggi. Selain itu, faktor sanitasi, kemiskinan, dan pendidikan ibu turut memperkuat risiko kejadian stunting. Disimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi asupan nutrisi pada periode 1000 HPK merupakan strategi paling efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam pencegahan stunting. Intervensi gizi spesifik perlu dikombinasikan dengan intervensi sensitif secara komprehensif untuk mendukung percepatan penurunan stunting dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia.References
