ANALISIS HUBUNGAN GAMBARAN RADIOLOGIS TERHADAP GEJALA KLINIS PNEUMONIA PADA PASIEN RUMAH SAKIT IBNU SINA YW-UMI MAKASSAR

Pneumonia merupakan infeksi parenkim paru yang masih menjadi penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Penilaian tingkat keparahan pneumonia secara akurat sangat penting karena berperan dalam menentukan prognosis, kebutuhan perawatan, serta pilihan tatalaksana yang tepat. Selain itu, pemeriksaan radiologis berupa foto toraks memiliki peran penting dalam mengevaluasi luas dan beratnya keterlibatan paru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat keparahan klinis pneumonia berdasarkan skor CURB-65, PSI, dan SMART-COP dengan indeks keparahan gambaran radiologis foto toraks pada pasien pneumonia di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 pasien pneumonia ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Keparahan klinis dinilai menggunakan skor CURB-65, PSI, dan SMART-COP, sedangkan keparahan radiologis dinilai berdasarkan indeks keparahan foto toraks. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Mayoritas pasien pneumonia memiliki derajat keparahan ringan baik secara klinis maupun radiologis. Analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara tingkat keparahan klinis pneumonia dan indeks keparahan foto toraks (p < 0,05). Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat keparahan klinis dan radiologis pneumonia. Kombinasi penilaian klinis dan radiologis penting dalam menentukan derajat keparahan, prognosis, dan tatalaksana pasien pneumonia.References
