FAKTOR RESIKO YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN STUNTING ANAK BALITA USIA 24-59 BULAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PANTOLOAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 24–59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pantoloan, Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh balita usia 24–59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pantoloan. Sampel berjumlah 132 responden yang terdiri dari 66 balita stunting sebagai kelompok kasus dan 66 balita tidak stunting sebagai kelompok kontrol, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel independen meliputi riwayat akses layanan kesehatan, perilaku positive deviance, kepatuhan konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD), kunjungan antenatal care (ANC), pemberian kolostrum, dan pantangan makanan tabu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa riwayat akses layanan kesehatan, perilaku positive deviance, kepatuhan konsumsi TTD, kunjungan ANC, pemberian kolostrum, dan pantangan makanan tabu berhubungan signifikan dengan kejadian stunting (p<0,05). Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan konsumsi TTD merupakan faktor paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting (p=0,001; OR=15,9; 95% CI: 3,288–(atas). Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku ibu dan pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan ibu dan anak berperan penting dalam pencegahan stunting. Upaya peningkatan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD serta optimalisasi pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak perlu diperkuat untuk menurunkan kejadian stunting.References
