LAPORAN KASUS : PENANGANAN LUKA BAKAR GRADE II A 20 % DI RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA MAKASSAR

Luka bakar yaitu salah satu kejadian cedera fisik yang biasa terjadi di rumah dengan angka kejadian cukup sering sehingga memerlukan perawatan spesifik. Laporan kasus seorang anak perempuan berumur 4 tahun datang ke IGD diantarkan oleh orang tuanya dengan kondisi luka bakar pada lengan dan tangan kanannya. Luka bakar terjadi karena terkena minyak goreng panas. Pasien tidak memiliki riwayat alergi dan tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit. Pemeriksaan fisik pasien didapatkan tingkat kesadaran compos mentis, dengan GCS E4M6V5, HR: 99x/mnt, S: 36,7C, RR: 22x/mnt BB : 15 kg. Status emosional pasien responsif. Status lokalis yang ditemukan luka bakar pada bagian lengan bawah dan tangan kanan, ditemukan luas luka bakar 20% TBSA. Hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium menunjukkan adanya kenaikan jumlah WBC 12.7 x 103/µL dan PLT 619 x 103/µL. Pasien menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit dengan tatalaksana awal resusitasi cairan, tindakan debridement pembersihan dengan cairan infus Nacl dan diberikan Sulfadiazin Silver dengan perawatan luka pasca debridement. Diagnosis pasien ini yaitu luka bakar grade II AB 20%. Prognosisnya adalah bonam.References
