MODEL KOMUNIKASI ONE-ON-ONE DALAM PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN K3 DI PT TAMBANG RAYA USAHA TAMA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas model komunikasi interpersonal one-on-one dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada pekerja di PT Tambang Raya Usaha Tama. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan model, validasi ahli, uji coba lapangan, dan evaluasi efektivitas melalui pre-test dan post-test. Model komunikasi yang dikembangkan menekankan empat unsur utama, yaitu keterbukaan, empati, umpan balik, dan kejelasan pesan, serta dilaksanakan melalui tahapan sistematis mulai dari pembukaan interaksi hingga tindak lanjut pasca-sesi. Hasil uji lapangan dan analisis Wilcoxon menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dasar K3 pekerja, dengan rata-rata skor post-test lebih tinggi dibanding pre-test (p < 0,001), menegaskan efektivitas komunikasi one-on-one sebagai strategi pembinaan K3. Implementasi model ini tidak hanya memperkuat pemahaman risiko dan prosedur aman, tetapi juga meningkatkan keterlibatan, kepercayaan, dan kepatuhan pekerja terhadap praktik keselamatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan rutin komunikasi one-on-one, pelatihan khusus bagi pengawas, serta pemantauan berkala efektivitas metode untuk mendukung budaya keselamatan yang berkelanjutan.References
