KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN PSORIASIS VULGARIS DI RUMAH SAKIT IBNU SINA PERIODE TAHUN 2022-2024

Psoriasis vulgaris merupakan penyakit inflamasi kronis pada kulit yang ditandai dengan plak eritematosa bersisik dan dapat berlangsung seumur hidup. Penyakit ini tidak hanya menimbulkan keluhan fisik, tetapi juga berdampak pada kualitas hidup dan kondisi psikososial pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien psoriasis vulgaris di RS Ibnu Sina Makassar periode tahun 2022–2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien yang terdiagnosis psoriasis vulgaris di RS Ibnu Sina Makassar tahun 2022–2024 dengan teknik total sampling. Data diperoleh dari rekam medis pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, lama perawatan, serta tingkat keparahan atau rekurensi penyakit. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 pasien psoriasis vulgaris, sebagian besar berada pada kelompok usia 45–64 tahun (46,7%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (53,3%), dan berstatus menikah (83,3%). Mayoritas pasien menjalani perawatan kurang dari enam bulan (80%) dan memiliki tingkat keparahan sedang (50%), diikuti oleh kategori berat (40%). Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien psoriasis vulgaris di RS Ibnu Sina Makassar didominasi oleh usia dewasa akhir dengan derajat penyakit sedang hingga berat, sehingga diperlukan deteksi dini dan penatalaksanaan yang komprehensif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.References
