PENGARUH KONSUMSI ULTRA-PROCESSED FOODS DENGAN KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI PADA WANITA USIA PRODUKTIF DI KOTA PALU

Konsumsi makanan ultra-proses (ultra-processed foods) telah menjadi fenomena global yang semakin meningkat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Perubahan gaya hidup, urbanisasi, dan globalisasi telah mengubah pola makan masyarakat, di mana makanan cepat saji dan produk olahan menjadi pilihan utama bagi banyak individu. Konsumsi UPF pada wanita usia produktif dapat berdampak negatif terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi dan kesehatan secara keseluruhan termasuk menyebabkan hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan konsumsi ultra-processed foods dengan kejadian hipertensi pada wanita usia produktif di Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case-control, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 120 wanita berusia 18-44 tahun, kasus dan kontrol masing-masing sebanyak 60 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Standley Lemeshow. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis bivariat Chi - Square dan multivariat Regresi Logistik Berganda . Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat pendapatan (p=0,017) (OR : 2,723 ) [CI 95% 1.178-6.294], indeks massa tubuh (p=0,034) (OR : 2,440) [CI 95% 1.046-5,693], aktivitas fisik (p=0,047) (OR : 2,331 ) [CI 95% 1.000-5.435], dengan konsumsi ultra-processed foods pada wanita usia produktif di Kota Palu. Hasil analisis Multivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara konsumsi ultra-processed foods dengan kejadian hipertensi (p=0,014) (AOR : 3,107 )References
