Abstract

Seorang laki - laki berusia 18 tahun datang ke rumah sakit dengan keluhan nyeri perut kananbawah, nyeri dirasakan sejak 3 hari terakhir sebelum masuk rumah sakit, nyeri dirasakan hilang timbuldisertai adanya nyeri ulu hati. Demam tidak ada riwayat demam ada sejak 3 hari terakhir, mual ada, muntah ada frekuensi 4x, nyeri kepala ada, batuk tidak ada, flu tidak ada, nafsu makan menurun, buang air besarkesan encer frekuensi 2x sehari, buang air kecil kesan normal. Pemeriksaan lokalis regio abdomeninspeksi cembung, ikut gerak nafas. Auskultasi peristaltik ada kesan meningkat. Palpasi Mc Burney sign ada, rovsing sign tidak ada, psoas sign ada, dunphy sign ada, perkusi timpani. Kemudian dilakukanpemeriksaan alvarado score didapatkan Migration of pain (1), Anorexia (1), Nausea (1), Tenderness inright lowe quadrant (2), Rebound pain (1) Elevated temparature (0), leucocytosis (2), Shift of blood cell count to the left (0) sehingga didapatkan skor 8
