HUBUNGAN DURASI TIDUR DENGAN KUALITAS TIDUR PADA GURU

Durasi tidur dan kualitas tidur merupakan aspek penting yang memengaruhi kesehatan, fungsi kognitif, dan kesejahteraan psikologis guru yang setiap hari menghadapi tuntutan kerja tinggi. Gangguan tidur pada guru sering muncul akibat beban administratif, tuntutan emosional, dan tekanan lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara durasi tidur dan kualitas tidur pada guru SMA dan SMK di Kecamatan Seririt. Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang yang dilaksanakan pada Juli–Agustus 2025 dengan total 72 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster sampling. Durasi tidur diukur berdasarkan jumlah jam tidur malam, sedangkan kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) dengan skor >5 dikategorikan sebagai kualitas tidur buruk. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 56,9% responden memiliki kualitas tidur buruk dan sebagian besar tidur 6–7 jam per malam. Hasil uji Pearson Chi-Square menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara durasi tidur dan kualitas tidur (p = 0,068), sementara uji Likelihood Ratio menunjukkan kecenderungan adanya hubungan (p = 0,030), meskipun distribusi sel tidak seimbang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas tidur guru tidak hanya ditentukan oleh lamanya waktu tidur, tetapi juga oleh faktor psikososial dan beban kerja yang memengaruhi proses pemulihan fisiologis. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan stres dan perbaikan lingkungan kerja sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualitas tidur dan kesejahteraan guru.References
