TEKNIK PEMERIKSAAN STERNOCLAVICULAR JOINT METODE SERENDIPITY VIEW DENGAN KLINIS DISLOKASI DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RSUD DR SOEDONO MADIUN

Sternoclavicular joint adalah sendi yang berartikulasi dengan sternum. Sternoclavicular joint termasuk dalam sendi synovial sehingga sendi ini rentan terhadap cedera seperti dislokasi. Serendipity View dengan sudut 40 derajat ke arah cephalad sebagai teknik optimal untuk visualisasi. Instalasi Radiologi RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun pemeriksaan sternoclavicular Joint dilakukan dengan sudut 15 derajat ke arah cephalad dan penambahan beban 5 kg pada kedua tangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pemeriksaan sternoclavicular joint pada klinis dislokasi serta peran penggunaan beban dalam proses pemeriksaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada Februari-Juni 2025 menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 3 radiografer dan 1 dokter spesialis radiologi. Analisis data melalui transkrip wawancara, membuat koding terbuka dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemeriksaan sternoclavicular joint dengan klinis dislokasi di RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun menggunakan dua proyeksi yaitu serendipity view dan AP (Anteroposterior). Proyeksi AP menampakkan gambaran keseluruhan os clavicula dengan ujung proximal superposisi dengan costae dan Serendipity View menampakkan gambaran ujung proximal os clavicula tidak superposisi dengan os sternum. Penggunaan beban 5 kg pada kedua tangan pasien berperan memberikan stress pada os clavicula sehingga memungkinkan visualisasi yang lebih jelas terhadap derajat dislokasi yang terjadi pada sternoclavicular joint. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yakni prosedur pemeriksaan sternoclavicular joint di Instalasi Radiologi RSUD dr. Soedono tidak memiliki persiapan khusus hanya saja melepas benda-benda logam, persiapan alat dan bahan, serta teknik radiografi menggunakan proyeksi serendipity view dan proyeksi AP (Anteroposterior).References
