TETRALOGY OF FALLOT PADA ANAK USIA DINI : TINJAUAN DIAGNOSIS DAN TERAPI DARI KASUS DI RSD KRMT WONGSONEGORO SEMARANG

Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) merupakan kelainan jantung bawaan sianotik yang paling sering dijumpai pada anak, ditandai oleh empat kelainan anatomis utama: obstruksi traktus keluar ventrikel kanan, defek septum ventrikel (VSD), aorta yang overriding, dan hipertrofi ventrikel kanan . Kombinasi kelainan ini menyebabkan pencampuran darah teroksigenasi dan tidak teroksigenasi, yang bermanifestasi sebagai sianosis, kelelahan, dan keterbatasan fisik. Diagnosis dini melalui ekokardiografi sangat penting untuk penatalaksanaan dan pencegahan komplikasi. Kami melaporkan kasus seorang pasien anak di RSD KRMT Wongsonegoro Semarang yang didiagnosis dengan TOF, datang dengan keluhan utama sianosis progresif, sesak napas saat beraktivitas, dan gangguan pertumbuhan. Pemeriksaan ekokardiografi mengonfirmasi diagnosis TOF dengan VSD besar, hipertrofi ventrikel kanan, dan aorta yang overriding. Pasien menerima penatalaksanaan multidisipliner, mencakup stabilisasi medis serta perencanaan operasi korektif total, diiringi penilaian nutrisi dan tumbuh kembang untuk mengatasi komplikasi hipoksemia kronis. Kasus ini menegaskan pentingnya deteksi dini dan penatalaksanaan komprehensif terhadap TOF guna meningkatkan luaran klinis dan kualitas hidup jangka panjang. Pendekatan multidisipliner, yang mengintegrasikan kardiologi anak, nutrisi, dan pemantauan tumbuh kembang, memegang peran kunci dalam mengoptimalkan perawatan pasien anak dengan TOF.References
