FAKTOR RISIKO HENTI JANTUNG PERIOPERATIF PADA OPERASI MAYOR : LITERATUR REVIEW

Henti jantung perioperatif (HJP) merupakan komplikasi yang jarang terjadi namun memiliki dampak morbiditas dan mortalitas yang sangat fatal, khususnya pada pasien yang menjalani prosedur bedah darurat. Memahami faktor-faktor risiko yang berkontribusi sangat penting untuk pengembangan strategi pencegahan dan penatalaksanaan yang efektif. Tinjauan pustaka ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko utama yang memengaruhi kejadian henti jantung selama periode perioperatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Tinjauan Pustaka, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran sistematis jurnal-jurnal ilmiah di Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Gale, serta akses penelusuran pustaka terkait lainnya. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam penelusuran meliputi: "Faktor risiko", "henti jantung", "perioperatif", dan "operasi mayor", dan sebanyak sembilan jurnal internasional yang relevan digunakan sebagai sumber data primer. Secara umum, risiko HJP dipengaruhi oleh tiga aspek utama yang saling berinteraksi: kondisi pasien (penyakit penyerta atau status fisik pra-operasi), jenis dan kompleksitas operasi (operasi darurat dan operasi mayor membawa risiko lebih tinggi), dan teknik serta manajemen anestesi yang diterapkan. Selain itu, faktor sistemik seperti kesiapan fasilitas, ketersediaan peralatan, dan kompetensi tim medis juga diidentifikasi sebagai kontributor penting. Dengan demikian, risiko henti jantung perioperatif adalah hasil interaksi kompleks antara faktor pasien, prosedur bedah, dan manajemen anestesi, diperburuk oleh potensi kelemahan sistemik, sehingga penilaian risiko pra-operasi yang cermat dan optimalisasi kondisi pasien adalah kunci untuk meminimalkan insiden fatal ini.References
