LAPORAN KASUS : KEMATIAN MUDIGAH

Kematian mudigah (missed abortion) merupakan salah satu bentuk keguguran dini yang sering terjadi pada trimester pertama kehamilan, ditandai dengan berhentinya perkembangan embrio tanpa adanya tanda klinis pengeluaran hasil konsepsi. Kondisi ini umumnya bersifat asimtomatik dan sering kali baru terdeteksi saat pemeriksaan ultrasonografi (USG) rutin. Faktor penyebab paling umum adalah kelainan kromosom embrio, meskipun faktor maternal seperti usia lanjut, penyakit endokrin, serta gaya hidup tidak sehat juga berperan. Diagnosis yang tepat dan tatalaksana yang sesuai sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi dan menjaga kesehatan reproduksi pasien. Laporan kasus ini disusun berdasarkan data anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, hasil penunjang, serta penatalaksanaan di RSUD Ciawi pada Agustus 2024. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil yang ada dengan literatur yang terkini. Seorang perempuan 25 tahun, G1P0A0, usia kehamilan 9 minggu, datang dengan keluhan nyeri perut bawah tanpa perdarahan. Pemeriksaan ultrasonografi menunjukkan janin tidak berkembang dengan usia kehamilan berhenti pada 6 minggu tanpa aktivitas jantung janin. Diagnosis ditegakkan sebagai missed abortion. Pasien menjalani kuretase setelah premedikasi misoprostol dan pemasangan laminaria, hasil baik tanpa komplikasi. Kematian mudigah perlu dikenali secara dini melalui pemeriksaan ultrasonografi dan β-hCG untuk memastikan diagnosis. Kuretase merupakan tatalaksana efektif pada trimester pertama dengan prognosis baik, namun dukungan emosional paska keguguran tetap penting bagi pemulihan yang menyeluruh.References
