HUBUNGAN TINGKAT FRAILTY DENGAN KEMANDIRIAN AKTIVITAS SEHARI-HARI LANSIA DI PANTI WERDHA X CIBUBUR

Peningkatan populasi lansia di Indonesia menyebabkan beragam masalah kesehatan geriatri semakin terlihat, salah satunya frailty. Frailty merupakan kondisi dinamis transisi antara penuaan sehat menuju disabilitas yang ditandai dengan penurunan cadangan fisiologis dan peningkatan kerentanan terhadap stressor. Kondisi ini berdampak pada penurunan kemampuan aktivitas sehari-hari (Activities of Daily Living/ADL) dan kualitas hidup lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara frailty dengan kemampuan lansia di Panti Werdha X Cibubur untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari (ADL). Ini merupakan studi observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilaksanakan di Panti Werdha X Cibubur pada bulan Agustus - September 2025. Menggunakan metode total sampling, sebanyak 43 subyek lansia berusia ≥60 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dilibatkan dalam penelitian. Tingkat frailty dinilai menggunakan Fried Frailty Phenotype, sedangkan kemampuan ADL diukur menggunakan Indeks Barthel. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan pemeriksaan singkat. Uji korelasi Pearson digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat frailty dan skor ADL. Hasil studi didapatkan 12 (42,9%) dari 28 subyek yang tergolong non-frail memiliki ketergantungan aktivitas sehari-hari dan 16 subyek (57,1%) lainnya tidak memiliki ketergantungan. Sebanyak 14 subyek (93,3%) dari 15 subyek yang tergolong frail memiliki ketergantungan aktivitas sehari-hari, dan 1 subyek lainnya (6,7%) tidak memiliki ketergantungan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara tingkat frailty dan kemandirian aktivitas sehari-hari (ADL) dengan p < 0,05 dan nilai odds ratio (OR) sebesar 18,7 (p-value 0,001 < 0,005)References
