PENGARUH MINUM KOPI TERHADAP TEKANAN DARAH PADA MASYARAKAT WILAYAH PUSKESMAS BUKATEJA

Kopi merupakan minuman yang sudah dikonsumsi sejak dahulu hingga saat ini dan menjadi bagian dari sebagian masyarakat Indonesia. Senyawa aktif kafein yang terkandung di dalam kopi diketahui dapat mempengaruhi tekanan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan rerata tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah minum kopi pada masyarakat wilayah Puskesmas Bukateja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian experimental secara pretest-posttest design yang dilaksanakan di wilayah Puskesmas Bukateja bulan Juli 2022-April 2023. Sampel penelitian adalah masyarakat Desa Tidu, Kecamatan Bukateja yang berusia 18-65 tahun dan mengkonsumsi kopi. Sampel diperoleh secara consecutive non-random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 34 (68%) responden dari 50 responden mengkonsumsi kopi secara rutin setiap hari. Rerata tekanan darah sistolik sebelum minum kopi adalah 131,98 ± 19,58 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik 85,26 ± 10,43 mmHg. Tekanan darah sistolik setelah minum kopi pada 15 menit sebesar 132,86 ± 18,67 mmHg, pada 30 menit sebesar 128,38 ± 16,37 mmHg, pada 60 menit sebesar 127,72 ± 18,32 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik setelah minum kopi pada 15 menit sebesar 85,08 ± 9,52 mmHg, 30 menit sebesar 84,16 ± 9,16 mmHg dan 60 menit sebesar 83,70 ± 10,58 mmHg. Terdapat perbedaan rerata signifikan dari tekanan darah sistolik sebelum minum minum kopi dengan setelah 30 dan 60 menit minum kopi, serta perbedaan rerata signifikan dari tekanan darah diastolik sebelum minum kopi dengan setelah 60 menit minum kopiReferences
