EFEKTIVITAS MODEL SMART FAMILY FOOD BERBASIS PANGAN LOKAL UNTUK PENCEGAHAN STUNTING

Stunting merupakan permasalahan gizi kronis yang berdampak jangka panjang terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia. Upaya pencegahan memerlukan pendekatan berbasis keluarga yang memadukan edukasi gizi dan pemanfaatan pangan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Model Smart Family Food berbasis pangan lokal dalam meningkatkan literasi gizi, keterampilan keluarga dalam mengolah bahan pangan lokal, serta diversifikasi konsumsi pangan sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan keluarga dalam pencegahan stunting. Desain Penelitian menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen pre-post tanpa kelompok kontrol. Sebanyak 30 keluarga dengan balita berisiko stunting di Desa Madegondo, Kecamatan Grogol, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, mengikuti intervensi selama 8 minggu yang terdiri dari edukasi gizi, pelatihan pengolahan pangan lokal, dan pendampingan keluarga. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pengetahuan gizi, observasi keterampilan, dan pengukuran Dietary Diversity Score (DDS). Analisis dilakukan dengan uji paired t-test pada taraf signifikansi p < 0,05. Hasil Pengetahuan gizi meningkat signifikan (pre-test 10,47 ± 3,63; post-test 14,13 ± 2,99; p < 0,001) dan keterampilan pengolahan pangan lokal juga meningkat (pre-test 7,63 ± 2,54; post-test 27,23 ± 3,85; p < 0,001). Sebanyak 93% keluarga mencapai kategori konsumsi pangan variatif (DDS ≥7). Narasi hasil pendampingan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemandirian keluarga dalam merencanakan menu sehat, mengurangi ketergantungan pada pangan instan, serta meningkatnya keterlibatan ibu dan kader dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pemenuhan gizi keluarga. Model Smart Family Food berbasis pangan lokal efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi gizi dan pemberdayaan keluarga melalui edukasi dan praktik langsung. Model ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi pencegahan stunting berbasis keluarga dan komunitas di wilayah pedesaan.References
