PROFIL KLINIS, LABORATORIS, MORBIDITAS DAN MORTALITAS PADA PASIEN INFEKSI VIRUS DENGUE PASCA COVID-19 DI RSUD DR. SOETOMO SURABAYA

Infeksi virus dengue (IVD) merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi tropis yang menunjukkan perubahan spektrum klinis pasca pandemi COVID-19. Expanded Dengue Syndrome (EDS) diketahui dapat menyebabkan komplikasi multiorgan, sementara bentuk klinis dengue lain yang sebelumnya tergolong ringan dapat menimbulkan gejala signifikan dan komplikasi berat pada pasien dengan infeksi virus dengue. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan gambaran komplikasi pasien dengan infeksi virus dengue pasca COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien IVD yang dirawat di RSUD Dr. Soetomo Surabaya periode Juni 2023–Juni 2024. Dari 301 pasien, sebanyak 181 pasien mengalami komplikasi. Komplikasi tersering melibatkan sistem gastrohepatik (38%) berupa transaminitis dan hepatitis, serta sistem respirasi (35,3%) dengan dominasi efusi pleura dan ARDS. Komplikasi neurologis (11,9%) mencakup ensefalitis dan ensefalopati, sedangkan komplikasi ginjal (6,8%) didominasi oleh AKI. Komplikasi jantung (1,2%) berupa miokarditis, kardiomiopati, dan gangguan konduksi, serta hematologis (1,2%) seperti DIC dan ITP. Sebanyak 33,6% pasien mengalami trombositopenia sangat berat, dan mortalitas sebesar 4% terutama disebabkan oleh komplikasi multiorgan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Ppsien IVD pasca COVID-19 menunjukkan spektrum manifestasi klinis yang bervariasi dengan komplikasi dominan pada sistem gastrohepatik dan respirasi. Identifikasi dini komplikasi EDS dan penanganan tepat diperlukan untuk menurunkan mortalitas.References
