SYSTEMATIC REVIEW : EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI TERAPI PENCEGAHAN TUBERKULOSIS (TPT) DALAM MENDUKNG ELIMINASI TB DI DAERAH ENDEMIS TINGGI

Tuberkulosis (TB) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan global dengan beban tinggi di negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Terapi Pencegahan Tuberkulosis (TPT) direkomendasikan WHO untuk mencegah perkembangan infeksi laten menjadi TB aktif, khususnya pada kelompok berisiko tinggi. Meskipun efektif hingga 90%, pelaksanaan TPT di daerah endemis tinggi masih menghadapi kendala dalam cakupan, kepatuhan, dan kesiapan sistem kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meninjau pelaksanaan TPT dan perannya dalam mendukung eliminasi TB. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review terhadap artikel terbitan 2020–2024 dari database PubMed, Scopus, dan Google Scholar. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk menggambarkan efektivitas, hambatan, dan strategi pelaksanaan TPT. Hasil menunjukkan keberhasilan TPT dipengaruhi oleh dukungan kebijakan, kapasitas tenaga kesehatan, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Penggunaan regimen 3HP, digitalisasi pemantauan, serta pendekatan berbasis komunitas menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan cakupan program. Kesimpulannya, pelaksanaan TPT perlu dilakukan secara terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan guna mempercepat pencapaian target eliminasi TB tahun 2035.References
