MODEL PREDIKTIF STRES KERJA, BIOMEKANIKA DENGAN KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDER PADA PETANI PANGAN FOOD CROPS DI KOTO TANGAH PADANG

Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan kerja yang banyak dialami oleh pekerja sektor pertanian akibat postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis dan stres kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan faktor biomekanika terhadap keluhan MSDs pada petani tanaman pangan di Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh petani tanaman pangan di wilayah tersebut, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) untuk memprediktif keluhan muskuloskeletal dan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA)untuk menilai postur kerja. Analisis data dilakukan secara bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara NBM (p = 0,00), stres kerja (p = 0,01), dan REBA (p = 0,00) dengan keluhan MSDs. Hasil analisis multivariat mengindikasikan bahwa REBA merupakan faktor paling dominan yang memengaruhi timbulnya MSDs (Exp(B) = 27,76; p = 0,016). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor biomekanika dan psikososial berperan penting terhadap gangguan muskuloskeletal pada petani. Upaya pencegahan perlu difokuskan pada perbaikan postur kerja, pelatihan ergonomi, pengelolaan stres kerja, serta pengaturan waktu istirahat untuk menurunkan risiko MSDs dan meningkatkan kesehatan kerja di sektor pertanian.References
