MANAJEMEN LUKA BAKAR PADA ANAK

Luka bakar merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas pada anak, terutama di negara berpenghasilan rendah dan menengah. Perbedaan anatomi, fisiologi, dan psikologis antara anak dan dewasa menjadikan penatalaksanaan luka bakar pada anak lebih kompleks. Literatur ini merupakan narrative review yang meninjau prinsip dan strategi manajemen luka bakar pada anak, meliputi resusitasi cairan, perawatan luka, intervensi bedah, dan rehabilitasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan multidisipliner dengan individualisasi terapi diperlukan untuk hasil optimal. Resusitasi cairan sesuai formula Parkland, penggunaan balutan modern seperti Suprathel atau Mepilex Ag, serta rehabilitasi dini terbukti efektif mempercepat penyembuhan dan mencegah komplikasi. Fokus utama manajemen ialah stabilisasi awal, kontrol infeksi, dan pemulihan fungsi secara menyeluruh.References
