ANALISA BEBAN KERJA DENGAN METODE NASA-TLX PADA PEKERJA PELAYANAN TEKNIK (YANTEK) PLN ULP TANJUNG MORAWA

Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) memiliki peran penting dalam penyediaan dan distribusi energi listrik di Indonesia. Petugas Pelayanan Teknik (Yantek) bertanggung jawab menjaga keandalan pasokan listrik, namun beban kerja yang tinggi dan kondisi kerja yang dinamis dapat memengaruhi kinerja serta kesejahteraan pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat beban kerja petugas Yantek di PT PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Morawa menggunakan metode NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi penelitian berjumlah 38 petugas yantek. Sampel sebanyak 28 orang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan enam dimensi NASA-TLX, yaitu Mental Demand, Physical Demand, Temporal Demand, Own Performance, Effort, dan Frustration Level. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Effort (21,56%) merupakan penyumbang beban kerja tertinggi, diikuti Temporal Demand (20,14%) dan Physical Demand (19,91%), sedangkan Frustration Level (6,64%) menjadi yang terendah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja petugas Yantek tergolong tinggi pada aspek usaha dan tekanan waktu.References
