PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN IKLIM KESELAMATAN TERHADAP KEPATUHAN APD PADA PEKERJA KONSTRUKSI JEMBATAN

Tingkat kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi jembatan masih menjadi perhatian serius, dengan ketidakpatuhan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) sebagai faktor kontributor utama. Pendekatan intervensi keselamatan yang berfokus pada aspek teknis dinilai belum cukup efektif karena mengabaikan dimensi sosial dan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim keselamatan terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada pekerja konstruksi jembatan di Indonesia. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional ini melibatkan 155 pekerja lapangan dari proyek jembatan di Sulawesi Tenggara yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur adaptasi Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), Safety Climate Questionnaire (SCQ), dan skala kepatuhan APD, yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional (β=0,342; p=0,001) dan iklim keselamatan (β=0,481; p<0,001) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan APD, dengan iklim keselamatan sebagai prediktor terkuat. Model regresi signifikan (F=45,632; p<0,001) dan menjelaskan 51,8% varians kepatuhan APD (R²=0,518). Terdapat pula korelasi positif signifikan antara kedua variabel bebas (r=0,613; p<0,001). Simpulan penelitian mengonfirmasi pentingnya pendekatan sosio-teknis dalam manajemen keselamatan konstruksi. Peningkatan keselamatan kerja memerlukan integrasi sistematis pengembangan kepemimpinan transformasional bagi pengawas dan program pembinaan iklim keselamatan positif, sehingga nilai keselamatan dapat diinternalisasi sebagai norma kelompok untuk kepatuhan APD yang berkelanjutan.References
