LITERATURE REVIEW : HUBUNGAN KECEMASAN DENGAN KUALITAS TIDUR PASIEN HEMODIALISIS

Penurunan fungsi ginjal yang progresif dan irreversibel merupakan ciri khas penyakit ginjal kronis (CKD). Hemodialisis merupakan salah satu pengobatan jangka panjang yang diperlukan untuk penyakit ini. Kecemasan merupakan salah satu dari banyak masalah psikologis yang sering timbul akibat terapi rutin, kerusakan ginjal yang irreversibel, dan berbagai efek samping terapi. Kecemasan adalah emosi yang tidak menyenangkan yang biasanya muncul ketika seseorang dihadapkan pada situasi yang berpotensi berbahaya. Kualitas tidur pasien hemodialisis terpengaruh negatif oleh gangguan kecemasan ini, dan gangguan tidur dapat meningkatkan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas. Tinjauan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pembaca tentang kecemasan dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas tidur pasien hemodialisis. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan pencarian literatur untuk karya yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 dan 2025 menggunakan basis data Google Scholar dan PubMed. Tujuh publikasi penelitian yang relevan dikumpulkan untuk dievaluasi. Hasil penelitian dari ketujuh publikasi tersebut secara konsisten menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan dan kualitas tidur pasien hemodialisis memiliki korelasi yang signifikan. Pasien yang merasakan tingkat kecemasan yang lebih tinggi juga memiliki kualitas tidur yang lebih rendah. Mekanisme fisiologis seperti aktivasi sistem saraf simpatik, yang meningkatkan hormon stres seperti kortisol dan norepinefrin, serta mekanisme psikologis seperti peningkatan pikiran negatif dan kekhawatiran berlebihan, yang mengganggu tidur, keduanya mendukung hubungan ini. Menurut temuan setiap artikel yang dianalisis, tingkat kecemasan dan kualitas tidur pasien hemodialisis memiliki korelasi yang kuat dan signifikan.References
