EFEKTIVITAS LAGU ANAK SEBAGAI MEDIA EDUKASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN LITERASI IMUNISASI PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR PEDESAAN

Cakupan imunisasi dasar di Indonesia mengalami penurunan signifikan pasca pandemi COVID-19, terutama di wilayah pedesaan dengan literasi kesehatan rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas lagu anak sebagai media edukasi imunisasi dalam meningkatkan literasi siswa sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Bima. Desain penelitian menggunakan kuasi-eksperimen dengan pre–post test dan kelompok kontrol. Subjek penelitian adalah 124 siswa dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (kelas II dan V, n=62) yang menerima edukasi melalui lagu anak, serta kelompok kontrol (kelas III dan IV, n=62). Instrumen berupa kuesioner literasi imunisasi yang mencakup aspek pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan sikap. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test dan Mann–Whitney Test. Hasil: Kelompok intervensi mengalami peningkatan skor literasi imunisasi yang lebih tinggi (rata-rata selisih 3,19 poin; Z = −6,817; p < 0,001) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (rata-rata selisih 0,98 poin; Z = −4,071; p < 0,001). Perbedaan selisih skor antar kelompok juga signifikan (Z = −5,062; p < 0,001). Model edukasi menggunakan lagu berpotensi menjadi strategi inovatif, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan untuk mendukung peningkatan cakupan imunisasi, serta dapat direplikasi di wilayah pedesaan lainnya.References
