LAPORAN DIAGNOSIS KOMUNITAS DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN CAKUPAN HIPERTENSI TERKENDALI DI KAMPUNG COMRANG, DESA TOBAT, WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KELURAHAN GEMBONG, KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Hipertensi memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kesehatan. Hipertensi yang tidak terkendali memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesehatan organ pada tubuh seperti terjadinya stroke, kejadian kardiovaskuler dan kematian. Pada tahun 2024, Puskesmas Gembong mencatatkan jumlah penderita hipertensi sebanyak 11.427 orang. Namun, cakupan hipertensi yang terkendali hanya 55,54% dibawah target yaitu 90%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakt mengenai hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesams Gembong Desa Tobat. Pendekatan diagnosis komunitas dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi masalah dengan Paradigma Blum. Masalah yang ada dilakukan prioritas masalah dengan teknik non-skoring Delphi yang dilanjutkan penentuan akar masalah dengan diagram fishbone. Berdasarkan akar penyebab masalah dilakukan 2 intervensi, yaitu penyuluhan mengenai hipertensi dan demonstrasi dan demonstrasi terapi SDB pada 30 warga Kampung Comrang dengan data diambil melalui pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan intervensi di monitor dengan plan-do-check-action (PDCA) cycle dan dievaluasi dengan pendekatan sistem. Hasil dari implementasi intervensi 1 yang telah dilakukan pada 26 warga Kampung Comrang, didapatkan responden yang mendapat nilai ≥ 70 sebanyak 21 (81%) dan nilai post-test yang mendapatkan peningkatan minimal ≥ 10 poin dari pre-test sebanyak 20 orang(77%) dan pada intervensi 2 didpatkan 3 responden yang dipilih dapat mempraktikan SDB dengan benar. Intervensi yang dilakukan menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai hipertensi dan terapi SDB pada warga Kampung Comrang.References
