HUBUNGAN PENGGUNAAN APD, PENGETAHUAN K3, DAN ERGONOMI DENGAN KEJADIAN KECELAKAAN KERJA DI SEKTOR USAHA INFORMAL PADA PEKERJA PENGEMASAN IKAN “MANDIRI 77” DI KECAMATAN BIDUK-BIDUK

Kecamatan Biduk-Biduk sebagai wilayah pesisir memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor informal, salah satunya adalah usaha pengemasan ikan “Mandiri 77”. Pekerjaan ini memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap kecelakaan kerja akibat kondisi kerja yang tidak menentu, durasi kerja yang panjang, serta minimnya penerapan prinsip Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), pengetahuan K3, dan faktor ergonomi dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja pengemasan ikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional terhadap 26 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara penggunaan APD (p = 0,112) maupun faktor ergonomi (p = 0,245) dengan kejadian kecelakaan kerja. Namun, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan K3 dengan kecelakaan kerja (p = 0,003).
