ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KUALITAS RME (REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK) DAN KEPUASAN PENGGUNA RME (REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK) DI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RUMAH SAKIT SYAFIRA PEKANBARU

Transformasi digital di fasilitas rumah sakit telah menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan, salah satunya melalui penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas RME serta kepuasan pengguna di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analitik dengan metode potong lintang (cross-sectional). Sampel penelitian terdiri atas dokter, perawat, tenaga farmasi, tim Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS), dan manajemen, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis karakteristik responden, analisis univariat, bivariat (Spearman’s rho), dan multivariat (regresi linier berganda), serta uji analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Performance (p=0,001), Information (p=0,003), Control (p=0,005), Efficiency (p=0,012), dan Service (p=0,021) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem RME, sedangkan variabel Economy (p=0,087) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, keenam variabel dalam model PIECES memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kualitas RME (p=0,000; R²=0,642). Selanjutnya, kualitas RME secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna (p=0,000; R²=0,571). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari enam dimensi faktor PIECES, efisiensi dan layanan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berkaitan dengan kualitas sistem.
