KARAKTERISTIK TUMOR KELOPAK MATA : LITERATUR REVIEW TAHUN 2010-2025

Tumor kelopak mata merupakan temuan umum dalam oftalmologi, dengan sebagian besar bersifat jinak, meskipun terdapat juga yang bersifat ganas. Tumor palpebra dapat berasal dari berbagai unsur anatomis kelopak mata, seperti kulit, jaringan ikat, jaringan kelenjar, pembuluh darah, saraf, maupun otot di sekitar palpebra. Dalam klasifikasinya, tumor palpebra dibagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu tumor jinak dan tumor ganas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Literatur Review dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui penelusuran jurnal yang relevan pada berbagai sumber seperti Google Scholar, PubMed, Gale, serta akses pencarian literatur ilmiah lainnya, dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil dari telaah pustaka menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis tumor kelopak mata yang paling sering ditemukan, yaitu tumor ganas karsinoma sel basal (merupakan jenis yang paling umum), serta dua jenis tumor jinak yaitu nevus (tahi lalat) dan papiloma. Tumor jinak pada kelopak mata lebih sering ditemukan pada kelompok usia ≤50 tahun, sedangkan tumor ganas lebih banyak terjadi pada kelompok usia >50 tahun dan sangat jarang dijumpai pada anak-anak. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dan kajian dari beberapa jurnal, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tumor kelopak mata merupakan pertumbuhan jaringan abnormal pada kelopak mata yang dapat bersifat jinak maupun ganas (kanker).References
