ANALISIS FORENSIK TEMUAN LUKA PADA KORBAN ASUSILA ANAK : LAPORAN KASUS KORBAN LGBT

Kekerasan seksual terhadap anak merupakan permasalahan serius yang berdampak jangka panjang pada kesehatan fisik dan mental korban. Penanganan kasus ini memerlukan pendekatan multidisipliner, termasuk aspek forensik medis sebagai komponen krusial dalam proses hukum. Laporan kasus ini membahas analisis temuan luka pada korban asusila anak yang tergolong kelompok LGBT, dengan fokus pada pemeriksaan forensik dan medikolegal. Korban mengalami dua kali kekerasan seksual dengan penetrasi anal paksa, yang dibuktikan oleh luka lecet geser, hilangnya lipatan anus, dan perubahan anatomi anus yang teridentifikasi melalui pemeriksaan fisik dan colok dubur. Temuan ini konsisten dengan keterangan korban dan didukung oleh rekaman video yang juga mengandung unsur pelanggaran hukum terkait pornografi anak. Aspek medikolegal ditekankan pada standar pemeriksaan, dokumentasi, dan penilaian fungsi otot sphincter anus untuk menentukan tingkat cedera dan prognosis. Selain itu, laporan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan penanganan yang inklusif dan sensitif terhadap korban LGBT untuk menghindari stigma dan diskriminasi. Pelaku dapat dijerat dengan berbagai pasal hukum terkait kekerasan seksual dan pornografi anak di Indonesia. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan praktik pemeriksaan forensik yang lebih responsif dalam kasus kekerasan seksual anak dengan identitas gender dan orientasi seksual minoritas.References
