Karyawan menjadi salah satu unsur penting dalam proses pemberian layanan dalam industri pelayanan jasa, khususnya bidang kesehatan karena ada kontak langsung antara individu pemberi dan penerima layanan. Mempekerjakan perawat dengan kesehatan psikologis yang buruk berdampak negatif pada organisasi pelayanan kesehatan. Profesi perawat yang penuh tekanan dan tantangan membuat perawat menghadapi kesulitan dalam menyeimbangkan pekerjaan dan kehidupan keluarga. Dampak work family conflict yang merupakan komponen work family balance dapat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental tenaga kerja. Tuntutan pekerjaan dapat mempengaruhi kondisi kesehatan mental tenaga kerja. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tuntutan pekerjan dengan work to family conflict perawat rumah sakit umum x. metode penelitian Adalah kuantitatif dengan rancang bangun cross sectional. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 84 Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum X. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan tuntutan pekerjaan dan work to family conflict pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum X (p-value 0,000). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan tuntutan pekerjaan dengan work to family conflict. Semakin tinggi tuntutan pekerjaan maka semakin tinggi pula work to family conflict yang dialami oleh Perawat Rumah Sakit X.References
