PENGARUH EVALUASI BERKALA KINERJA PERAWAT TERHADAP MUTU PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN

Kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Perawat sebagai profesi tenaga kesehatan dengan jumlah terbanyak mempunyai kontribusi besar dalam mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Salah satu metode untuk menjamin mutu pelayanan keperawatan yaitu melakakuan monitoring dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh evaluasi berkala kinerja keperawatan terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan quasy experimental design dengan pre test and post test without control. Responden penelitian ini yaitu 108 perawat yang bertugas secara langsung memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien baik di Ruang Rawat Inap maupun Ruang Rawat Jalan. Analisis statistic yang digunkan adalah uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan keperawatan mengalami peningkatan setelah dilakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap kinerja perawat, dimana pengukuran saat pretest menunjukkan skor nilai minimum 63, maksimum 97, median 72 dan setelah saat posttest menunjukkan skor meningkat dengan nilai minimum 67, maksimum 101 dan median 77. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara evaluasi berkala kinerja perawat terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan nilai p = 0,000. Evaluasi kinerja secara rutin terbukti menjadi strategi penting dalam mendorong perawat untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih profesional, terukur, dan sesuai standar, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien.References
