HERNIA INGUINALIS LATERALIS PADA WANITA

Hernia merupakan kondisi penonjolan organ atau jaringan intraabdomen melalui defek atau area lemah pada dinding rongga tempat organ tersebut berada. Berdasarkan etiologinya, hernia diklasifikasikan menjadi hernia kongenital (bawaan) dan hernia akuisita (didapat). Sementara itu, berdasarkan lokasi anatomisnya, hernia dikategorikan menjadi beberapa jenis, seperti hernia diafragmatika, inguinalis, umbilikalis, dan femoralis. Sekitar 75% dari seluruh kasus hernia terjadi di regio inguinal, mencakup hernia inguinalis langsung (direk), tidak langsung (indirek), serta hernia femoralis. Di antara jenis-jenis tersebut, hernia inguinalis merupakan bentuk yang paling sering dijumpai, dengan sekitar 50% kasus merupakan hernia inguinalis lateralis, yang lebih banyak terjadi pada populasi usia lanjut. Dalam laporan kasus ini disajikan kasus seorang pasien wanita berusia 62 tahun dengan keluhan utama nyeri perut kiri bawah disertai adanya benjolan di lipat paha kiri yang tidak dapat didorong masuk kembali, selain itu keluhan disertai mual, muntah, sulit BAB dan tidak dapat buang angin sejak empat hari sebelum masuk rumah sakit. Pemeriksaan fisik menunjukkan adanya benjolan, berkonsistensi kenyal hingga padat, dengan bising usus menurun, dan tidak dapat direposisi ke dalam rongga abdomen. Pasien menjalani prosedur herniorraphy dan laparotomi eksplorasi sebagai tatalaksana operatif.References
