UPAYA MEMPERTAHANKAN KEPATUHAN KONTROL KASUS HIPERTENSI PADA MASYARAKAT DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TELUKNAGA

Pada tahun 2000, sekitar 972 juta individu di seluruh dunia hidup dengan hipertensi dan diproyeksikan akan mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2025 menjadi > 1,56 miliar. Indonesia juga mengalami peningkatan prevalensi kasus hipertensi pada tahun 2013 dan 2018 masing-masing sebesar 25,8% dan 34,1%. Alasan terbanyak penderita hipertensi tidak mengonsumsi obat secara rutin karena 59,8% pasien sudah merasa sehat dan 31,3% pasien tidak rutin berobat. Tujuan kegiatan diagnosis komunitas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan kontrol kasus hipertensi di Puskesmas Teluknaga. Diagnosis komunitas ini dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah dengan Paradigma Blum. Teknik non-skoring Delphi digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas masalah dan fishbone diagram untuk menentukan akar penyebab masalah. Plan-do-check-action cycle digunakan sebagai monitoring selama intervensi dilakukan dan dievaluasi dengan pendekatan sistem. Penyebab masalah yang mendasari adalah lifestyle, maka dilakukan intervensi berupa penyuluhan dan pengukuran tekanan darah sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pentingnya kontrol penyakit hipertensi. Sebanyak 100% peserta mengalami peningkatan poin pre-test ke post-test dan 86.78% peserta memiliki nilai post-test ≥ 80. Dari pendekatan diagnosis komunitas yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat di Puskesmas Teluknaga mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan terkait hipertensi dan pentingnya kontrol penyakit hipertensi sehingga diharapkan terjadi perubahan gaya hidup melalui meningkatnya kepatuhan kontrol dan stabilnya jumlah kunjungan kasus hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Teluknaga.References
