HUBUNGAN STATUS FUNGSIONAL, DUKUNGAN KELUARGA, SERTA KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN PASCA STROKE ISKEMIK DI POLIKLINIK RAWAT JALAN RUMAH SAKIT TK II PUTRI HIJAU MEDAN

Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab dari kematian paling banyak di dunia dan seringkali meninggalkan gejala sisa pasca stroke. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari status fungsional, dukungan keluarga, serta karakteristik pasien seperti usia, jenis kelamin, dan status pernikahan dengan kualitas hidup pasien pasca stroke iskemik di poliklinik Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit TK II Putri Hijau Medan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi potong lintang. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi atau total sampling sebanyak 54 orang. Analisa statistik bivariat menggunakan metode chi-square dan analisa statistik multivariat menggunakan metode analisa regresi linear. Berdasarkan analisa statistik yang dilakukan didapatkan adalah terdapat hubungan antara status fungsional serta usia dengan kualitas hidup pasien pasca stroke dengan hasil p- value 0.00 dan 0.014 (<0.05), Namun faktor lainnya tidak menunjukkan adanya hubungan dengan kualitas hidup pasien pasca stroke. Sedangkan hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kualitas hidup dengan semua variable independen.References
