PENGARUH MOBILISASI PROGRESIF TERHADAP STATUS HEMODINAMIK PADA PASIEN KRITIS DI INTENSIVE CARE UNIT

Pasien kritis di Intensive Care Unit (ICU) sering mengalami ketidakstabilan hemodinamik akibat imobilisasi berkepanjangan dan dapat menghambat proses pemulihan. mobilisasi progresif dapat menjadi pilihan intervensi non farmakologis yang dapat menstabilkan hemodinamik pasien kritis di ICU. Tujuan : mengkaji pengaruh Mobilisasi progresif terhadap status hemodinamik pasien kritis di ICU. Metode : Literature review dengan mencari sumber menggunakan database Research gate dan Google Schoolar jurnal nasional dan internasional 5 tahun terakhir, analisis jurnal menggunakan metode PRISMA. Hasil : Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa mobilisasi progresif secara konsisten meningkatkan parameter hemodinamik, seperti tekanan darah, heart rate, laju pernapasan, mean arterial pressure (MAP), dan saturasi oksigen pada pasien kritis, baik dengan maupun tanpa ventilasi mekanik. Selain itu, intervensi ini juga mempercepat pemulihan, menurunkan risiko komplikasi, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien ICU. Kesimpulannya, mobilisasi progresif merupakan intervensi nonfarmakologis yang efektif dan aman untuk memperbaiki status hemodinamik pasien kritis di ICU, sehingga perlu menjadi bagian integral dari standar asuhan keperawatan intensif.References
