UPAYA MENURUNKAN KASUS DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE DI DESA PAGEDANGAN UDIK, WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KRONJO

WHO melaporkan terjadi peningkatan sepuluh kali lipat jumlah kasus yang dilaporkan dari 500.000 (pada tahun 2000) menjadi 5,2 juta (pada tahun 2019) dengan penyebaran kasus terjadi di 129 negara. Sekitar 70% beban penyakit global diwakiliki oleh Asia di antara lebih dari 100 negara di Kawasan WHO. Tercatat 149.866 kasus DBD terkonfirmasi di Indonesia hingga Juli 2024. Terjadinya lonjakan kasus DBD yang meningkat hingga 360% sejak 1 tahun terakhir di Puskesmas Kronjo. Walaupun infeksi dengue umumnya asimptomatik atau hanya menyebabkan gejala minimal namun disisi lain virus dengue dapat menyebabkan kasus yang lebih serius hingga berdampak pada kematian. Tujuan diagnosis komunitas ini untuk menurunkan jumlah kasus DBD di Desa Pagedangan Udik, wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kronjo, Kecamatan Kronjo, Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Paradigma blum digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah sebagai pendekatan diagnosis komunitas dengan mini survey. Ditetapkan prioritas masalah dan akar penyebab masalah masing-masing menggunakan teknik non-skoring delphi dan dan fishbone diagram. Untuk pemantauan digunakan PDCA cycle selama intervensi dan dilakukan evaluasi dengan pendekatan sistem. Rendahnya pengetahuan, perilaku dan sikap (lifestyle) masyarakat terkait DBD berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah kasus DBD. Dilakukan intervensi berupa penyuluhan dan demonstrasi pembuatan perangkap nyamuk sederhana. Intervensi yang dilakukan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait DBD dengan 86,67% peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dilihat dari peningkatan nilai post-test peserta intervensi ≥ 80.References
