GAMBARAN KOMORBIDITAS PASIEN RAWAT INAP COVID-19 DI RSUD SOEDARSO TAHUN 2021

Komorbiditas menjadi faktor risiko untuk terjadinya perburukan gejala pada pasien COVID-19. Pasien dengan jumlah komorbiditas yang lebih banyak berkorelasi dengan hasil klinis yang lebih buruk. Terdapat beberapa komorbiditas yang menjadi risiko keparahan pada pasien COVID-19, bahkan bisa menyebabkan kematian. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif retrospektif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Data diperoleh dari rekam medis 200 pasien COVID-19 yang dirawat di RSUD Soedarso, dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki (53%) berusia 37-66 tahun (73%), memiliki komorbiditas lebih dari satu (55,5%). Responden dengan komorbiditas lebih dari satu pada tingkat keparahan ringan berjumlah 0,5%, keparahan sedang berjumlah 36,5% dan keparahan berat berjumlah 18,5%. Komorbiditas terbanyak pada responden adalah penyakit hipertensi (46,5%), diabetes melitus tipe 2 (38,5%) dan penyakit kardiovaskular (21%). Sebagian besar responden memiliki komorbiditas lebih dari 1 dengan komorbiditas terbanyak adalah hipertensi, diabetes melitus tipe 2 dan penyakit kardiovaskular.References
