HUBUNGAN NEUTROPHIL LYMPHOCYTE RATIO PADA KEJADIAN FRAKTUR FRAGILITAS PASIEN GERIATRI DI RSUD WALED PERIODE AGUSTUS 2022 - JULI 2024

Secara global, diperkirakan 1 dari 3 wanita dan 1 dari 5 pria yang berusia di atas 50 tahun akan mengalami patah tulang akibat osteoporosis di sisa hidupnya. Menurut hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RISKESDAS) 2018 Provinsi Jawa Barat, prevalensi patah tulang mencapai 7,44% pada usia 65–74 tahun, sementara untuk usia ≥75 tahun mencapai 18,94%. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena penurunan kepadatan mineral tulang pada usia lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) terhadap kejadian fraktur fragilitas pada pasien geriatri di RSUD Waled periode Agustus 2022 – Juli 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional serta melibatkan 105 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode uji rank Spearman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi signifikan antara NLR dan fraktur fragilitas dengan p-value 0,001 dan kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,329, yang berarti semakin tinggi NLR, semakin tinggi kejadian fraktur fragilitas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kedua variabel tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR), semakin tinggi pula kejadian fraktur fragilitas.References
