PERAN KOPING RELIGIUS DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP RESILIENSI MAHASISWA

Mahasiswa yang memasuki fase peralihan dari masa sekolah ke perguruan tinggi, mengalami banyak tugas perkembangan yang lebih kompleks, dimana mahasiswa dituntut untuk bisa menjadi individu yang resilien agar mampu melewati tuntutan kehidupanakademik dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran koping religius dan dukungan sosial dalam menjadikan mahasiswasebagai pribadi yang resilien. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif, dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa di salah satu Universitas X dengan total 265 partisipan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga jenis alat ukur, yaitu The Brief RCOPE, The Social Provisions Scale (SPS), dan Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, koping religius dan dukungan sosial berperan sebagai faktor protektif yang dapat meningkatkan resiliensi mahasiswa. Hasil analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa dukungan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 8,88% terhadap resiliensi sedangkan koping religius memberikan kontribusi sebesar, 4,05%. Namun, dukungan sosial memiliki kontribusi negatif terhadap resiliensi mahasiswa, sehingga perlu didalami lebih lanjut karena bertentangan dengan temuan empiris sebelumnya.References
