HUBUNGAN ASI EKSKLUSIF DENGAN KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BATITA DI KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Kesehatan anak merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan sejak usia dini, kondisi kesehatan anak dipengaruhi beberapa faktor. Anak yang pemenuhan nutrisinya baik akan terhindar dari bebagai penyakit, termasuk diare. Kejadian diare pada anak sampai saat ini di Indonesia masih terus terjadi dan beresiko terhadap status kesehatan anak. ASI merupakan makanan terbaik bagi bayi yang dapat mencegah terjadinya diare. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan ASI Eksklusi pada bayi tiga tahun dengan Kejadian Diare di desa Taban Kecamatan Jambe Kabupaten Tangerang tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, dengan jenis penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah keluarga yang memiliki anak usia 6 bulan sampai 36 bulan (3 tahun) yang tercatat di laporan jumlah Balita di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jambe Pada Tahun 2021. Sampel diambil secara acak dengan tehnik sistematic random sampling size. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat, dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan frekwensi kejadian diare lebih tinggi pada bayi yang mendapatkan susu formula sejak hari pertama 44,0%. Bayi yang tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif mengalami diare sebesar 54,0% sedangkan bayi yang mendapat ASI Eksklusif hanya 18,6%. terdapat hubungan antara ASI Eksklusif dengan kejadian diare pada batita dengan nilai p= 0,030. Hasil uji statistik diketahui bahwa bayi yang tidak mendapatkan ASI Ekslusif beresiko lebih tinggi untuk mengalami kejadian diare (5,125 kali) lebih tinggi dibandingkan bayi yang mendapatkan ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai OR 5,123 (CI 95% 2,766-9,496).References
