DUKUNGAN SOSIAL PADA STRES PENGASUHAN ORANG TUA DENGAN ANAK TUNARUNGU: SEBUAH TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS

Orang tua punya peran besar dalam menentukan arah perkembangan anak, sehingga orang tua yang mengalami stres pengasuhan akan berdampak pada perkembangan anaknya. Hal ini termasuk orang tua dengan anak tunarungu, yang dampaknya tidak hanya pada anaknya tapi juga pada orang tua tersebut. Dukungan sosial adalah salah satu cara untuk mengurangi stres pengasuhan pada orang tua dengan anak tunarungu. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk dukungan sosial yang dibutuhkan oleh orang tua dengan anak tunarungu untuk mengurangi stres pengasuhan. Desain penelitian ini berupa metode kajian literatur sistematis dengan panduan PRISMA. Skrining artikel dengan panduan PRISMA menghasilkan enam studi dari tahun 2014-2023 yang meneliti hubungan dukungan sosial dengan stres pengasuhan orang tua dengan anak tunarungu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dukungan sosial berbentuk informasi paling dibutuhkan, dengan preferensi sumber dukungan (formal dan informal) yang berbeda antara ibu dan ayah. Meski demikian, dukungan dari pasangan dinilai lebih mampu mengurangi stres pengasuhan.References
