HUBUNGAN FUNGSI LUTUT TERHADAP KESIAPAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA PASIEN ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT DENGAN PENANGANAN OPERATIF PADA KOMUNITAS ACL INDONESIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara fungsi lutut dan kesiapan psikologis pada pasien ACL yang menjalani tindakan operatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi observasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan pasien pasca operasi ACL dengan evaluasi fungsi lutut menggunakan skala objektif serta asesmen psikologis. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya rehabilitasi fisik dan mental dalam pemulihan pasca operasi ACL. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analisis bivariat pada 36 pasien yang menjalani operasi ACL. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, Body Mass Index (BMI), tingkat pendidikan, serta waktu pascaoperasi. Fungsi lutut diukur menggunakan International Knee Documentation Committee 2000 (IKDC 2000), sedangkan kesiapan psikologis dinilai dengan skala Anterior Cruciate Ligament-Return to Sport after Injury (ACL-RSI). Korelasi antara fungsi lutut dan kesiapan psikologis dianalisis dengan uji statistik menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata usia pasien adalah 27,16 ± 8,63 tahun, dengan mayoritas berjenis kelamin laki-laki (75%). Analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan positif antara fungsi lutut dan kesiapan psikologis pada pasien operatif (r = 0,401; p = 0,015). Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara fungsi lutut dan kesiapan psikologis pada pasien yang menjalani operasi ACL. Peningkatan fungsi lutut dapat berkontribusi terhadap kesiapan psikologis pasien dalam kembali ke aktivitas normal.References
