Abstract

Keratitis adalah suatu inflamasi pada kornea, yang dapat terjadi akibat infeksi oleh mikroorganisme maupun akibat non-infeksi karena proses autoimun.Peradangan ini ditandai dengan edema kornea, infiltrasi sel inflamasi dan kongesti/kemacetan siliaris. Keratitis klasifikasikan superfisial dan profunda. Keratitis superfisial tidak akan meninggalkan parut ketika masa penyembuhan, sedangkan keratitis profunda dapat meninggalkan parut yang mengganggu penglihatan ketika masa penyembuhan. Pasien laki-laki berusia 38 tahun datang ke poliklinik mata RSUD Soewondo Pati dengan keluhan pandangan mata kabur, mata kanan merah, nyeri, mengganjal, Sebelumnya pasien sedang mencangkul di sawah mata kanan pasien kecipratan lumpur. setelah itu mata kanannya menjadi merah, nyeri, terasa mengganjal, silau dan berair bila terkena sinar matahari dan penglihatan sebelah kanan semakin kabur. Pada pemeriksaan tajam penglihatan didapatkan VOD 6/15 dan VOS 6/12. Kornea injeksi siliar (+), mata kanan terdapat adanya defek kornea. Pada pemeriksaan penunjang Tes Flourescein+ Slit lamp didapakan OD Flourescein (+), luas, infiltrat (+). Pada terapi yang diberikan dengan pemberian antibiotik topical, pemberian asam askorbat, dan mengedukasi pasien agar selalu memakai pelindung mata.
