FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI FUNGSI LUTUT DAN KESIAPAN KEMBALI BEROLAHRAGA PASCA ACLR PADA KOMUNITAS ACL INDONESIA

Rekonstruksi ACL merupakan operasi cangkok jaringan ACL yang digunakan untuk mengembalikan stabilitas dan fungsi pada sendi lutut sehingga memungkinkan pasien untuk kembali ke tingkat aktivitas pra-cedera ACL. Tindakan anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) di Indonesia meningkat sebanyak 42% pada tahun 2019 dibandingkan dengan tahun 2018 dengan total 2.236 tindakan ACLR di tahun 2019 serta diperkirakan meningkat seiring dengan semakin tingginya partisipasi individu remaja serta dewasa muda di bidang olahraga. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi fungsi lutut dan kesiapan kembali berolahraga pasca ACLR. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan total sampel yang terlibat pada penelitian ini berjumlah 62 orang yang telah tergabung dalam Komunitas ACL Indonesia dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil : Uji deskriptif pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggambarkan distribusi karakteristik variabel seperti usia, jenis kelamin, body mass index (BMI), pendidikan, tipe graft, waktu operasi, jenis rehabilitasi setelah operasi, fungsi lutut menggunakan Lysholm Knee Scale, serta kesiapan kembali berolahraga menggunakan ACL-RSI. Simpulan : Secara statistik BMI dan waktu operasi dapat mempengaruhi fungsi lutut serta usia dan tingkat pendidikan mempengaruhi kesiapan kembali berolahraga pasca ACLR.References
